As the owner's representative and project manager for a 54-meter new-build yacht, we worked along with the brokerage company, the legal, design and shipyard teams to review the preliminary plans, design concept, and technical specifications to ensure that the yacht construction contract met all of the owner's requirements. By expertly assisting the Owner and team in managing this initial stage of the project, we secured a smooth and timely decision-making process from concept design to contract signing. After signing the contract, we are managing and supervise both the technical executive design and construction, ensuring that the project is executed according to the contract, reporting the progress to the Owner throughout the process.
