As the Owner’s Technical Representative and Project Manager for MY HEED, a 53‑meter fully customised new‑build yacht, we collaborated closely with the O.R. and the legal, design, and shipyard teams to review the preliminary plans, design concept, and technical specifications. Our goal was to ensure that the construction contract fully reflected the owner’s requirements. By effectively supporting the O.R. and managing this early project phase, we enabled a smooth and timely decision‑making process from concept development through contract signing. Following contract execution, we have overseen and coordinated both the technical executive design and the construction phases, ensuring that all work is carried out in strict accordance with the contract, leading up to testing and commissioning and final delivery acceptance. Throughout the project, we have provided the O.R. and Owner with clear and consistent progress reporting to ensure full control at each stage of the process.
