As the owner's representative and project manager for a 50-meter new-build yacht warranty period, we provided our client with a pre-yard consultancy to review and finalize the warranty and upgrades lists ensuring the yard team was ready to start the works as soon as the yacht arrived. During the yard period, we managed and oversaw the works with the captain and crew, to make sure they were accomplished to contract, allowing a smooth and safe redelivery.
