The first hull of Baglietto Dom 133, the 41 mt MY Attitude, under our O.R. and project management has been successfully launched at Baglietto’s facilities in Marina di Carrara. Following its launch, it will be moved to the La Spezia facility where her outfitting will be completed.

We have been involved in the first hull of Baglietto Dom 133 soon after the contract and worked with her owner, the design team and the shipyard team to ensure the smooth progress of the project, on time and on budget, by managing and overseeing the decision and construction process and verifying the adherence to contractual terms and conditions.

This is the production milestone of a superyacht construction project management where everything defined, planned and designed in the previous stages gets together for final outfitting, testing, trials, commissioning and hand over to her owner. We congratulate the yard for meeting this stage and we look forward to working as a team at this final stage of the project.

A full-custom superyacht construction involves multiple stakeholders, massive undertakings and needs constant skilled management and control of communication, decision processes and production to ensure the perfect execution of the project according to the agreed design, engineering, timing, budget and quality standards.

What do we do?
As the owner’s representative and project manager, we advise, plan, manage and supervise the entire superyacht new build process verifying the correspondence to the contract. For each stage of the yacht construction, we coordinate the owner’s team and consultants, monitor the progress of the project, and visit the yard to supervise the production and quality of exteriors and interiors outfitting.
