The all-aluminium 41-mt Baglietto Dom 133 M/Y Attitude, under our O.R. and Project Management, hits the water again at Baglietto’s facilities in La Spezia to celebrate the launching ceremony in the presence of her happy Owners and family who could not attend the former technical launching.

It has been an honour to have been entrusted by her Owners to represent them on this very successful Baglietto project. We had a great experience working with such prestigious names in the superyacht industry design and build. We enjoyed sharing the same determination to strive to deliver the best result with the team. In particular, we appreciated the collaborative approach of the Baglietto team, who always committed to accomplishing the Owner’s and interior designer’s requirements during construction. We believe that a great project is always the result of experience and great teamwork, and this was the case!

Acting as Owner’s Representative and Project Manager for this new-build yacht, we provided our clients with an experienced comprehensive superyacht consultancy and construction management during the entire build process. We were involved in this project soon after the contract and worked with her Owners advising and supporting them by coordinating the Owner’s team and managing the process on the Owners’ behalf. We supervised the yard’s construction highlighting any discrepancy with the contract in terms of time, budget and quality of the project, allowing the clients to concentrate on the enjoyment of the new build while protecting their investment.

Semi and full custom superyacht constructions involve multiple stakeholders, and massive undertakings and need constant skilled management and control of communication, decision processes and production to ensure the perfect execution of the project according to what was agreed in the yacht construction contract.

What do we do?
As the owner’s representative and project manager, we advise, plan, manage and supervise the entire superyacht new build process verifying the correspondence to the contract. For each stage of the yacht construction, we coordinate the owner’s team and consultants, monitor the progress of the project, and visit the yard to supervise the production and quality of exteriors and interiors outfitting.
