Major yacht refit of 60-meter FB248 MY VISION (former LYANA and SWAN) full-displacement motor yacht, including Class 10 years survey and complete yacht exteriors repaint. Having managed the construction and delivery of the yacht in 2011, we have been entrusted with the pre-purchase advisory and project management of her major refit works by her owner. Working along with the owner's Captain and crew, we proposed and assisted him in the selection of the refit yard, in the definition of a detailed scope of work and negotiation of the yacht refit contract. We manage the yacht refit project to ensure delivery on time, on budget and according to the agreed quality standards.
