As the owner’s representative and pre-purchase advisor, we were involved in the development of the yacht from an early stage by coordinating the initial design and reviewing the technical specifications, negotiating and finalizing the contract alongside the client’s broker Javier Navarro of Zarpo Yachts.

Through our active guidance and expertise, we helped our client during the entire decision process and ensured their vision was accurately reflected in the technical specifications and construction contract.

After the contract was signed, we managed and coordinated the entire construction process on behalf of the owner, protecting his interests and ensuring that the project was developed and built to contract by monitoring the progress, supervising each construction stage and reporting the state of the project to the client.

The outbreak of the pandemic soon after the signature of the YCC added an extra challenge and complexity to the management of the build. We remotely managed the development of the executive project design and engineering through the Covid-19 lockdowns. Under these circumstances, we greatly appreciated the ability of the whole project team to quickly adapt and overcome the difficulties of the time and successfully deliver this phase on schedule.

Through the pandemic, our team was able to visit the shipyard regularly and monitor the progress of the construction, despite the imposed restrictions. As a locally-based team, we made sure the owner was constantly updated and involved in the project’s development by providing progress reports and onboard video calls, particularly when he couldn’t travel to the shipyard due to travel restrictions.

Throughout the sea trials, testing, and commissioning process, we closely monitored the yacht’s progress to ensure that it was completed according to the contract. We made sure that a detailed and comprehensive protocol of delivery was signed and took delivery on behalf of the owner. In this final stage, we supported the captain and crew to provide a smooth transition from yard to operation and prepare the yacht for its maiden voyage.

The project features naval architecture engineered by Arrabito Naval Architects, a contemporary yet timeless exterior design by Horacio Bozzo Design while the interior was conceived by Enrico Gobbi Team for Desing, who provided the project with an elegant look perfectly meeting the owner’s requirements and expectations.
