Superyacht HEED was successfully launched on January 24, 2026, at Rossinavi shipyard in Pisa, marking a significant milestone for the project and the culmination of a close and highly coordinated collaboration between the Owner, their Representatives, Rossinavi, and the project’s design and engineering teams.

Conceived as a sub-499GT fully-customised fast-displacement superyacht, HEED has been engineered to combine performance, efficiency, and refined design within a compact gross tonnage. The yacht is built entirely in aluminium and reflects Rossinavi’s experience in full-custom advanced naval architecture and lightweight construction.

Exterior styling is by Alberto Mancini Yacht Design, whose dynamic lines emphasise the yacht’s sporty profile, while interiors are by Achille Salvagni Architetti, delivering a highly customised interior defined by sculptural forms, refined materials, and bespoke detailing.

As Nicolai Yacht Consulting, we acted as the Owner’s Project Manager and Technical Supervisor throughout the project. During the pre-contract phase, we supported the Owners and their Representative in defining the yacht’s technical specifications and in developing the technical terms and conditions of the construction contract.

Following contract signature, we managed the development of the executive engineering and detailed project definition, while overseeing construction progress to ensure full compliance with contractual schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

The successful launch of HEED reflects the strength of the project management process and the shared commitment of all parties involved to deliver a high-performance yacht that meets the Owner’s expectations in terms of quality, innovation, and craftsmanship.

HEED will now proceed to the next phase of final outfitting, commissioning, and sea trials ahead of delivery.
